Hot Smoked Salmon is a healthy fish rich in Omega 3. Ready to use it is nice flaked into salads, cous cous or any fishy dish of your choice, great for a quick fix, hot or cold.

A regular portion size is approximately 180-200g but larger pieces can be smoked to order.  Please email paul@fishgloriousfish.co.uk to order larger single pieces.
