The Mercer family are fourth generation farmers and they have been producing high quality free range chickens and cockerels for over 80 years.
All Packington Free Range Chickens and Cockerels roam free on established English pasture, consisting of various grasses and clovers and this makes a real difference to the quality of the meat.
In 2011, they were awarded the Good Chicken Award from Compassion in World Farming.
Each cockerel is given time to mature slowly and naturally which allows for a beautiful depth of flavour to develop alongside moist, succulent, tender meat.
A great option for the Christmas dinner table.
