The Mercer family are fourth generation farmers and they have been producing high quality free range chickens for over 80 years.
All Packington Free Range Chickens roam free on established English pasture, consisting of various grasses and clovers and this makes a real difference to the quality of the meat.
In 2011, they were awarded the Good Chicken Award from Compassion in World Farming.
This really is chicken how it used to taste.
Chickens are 2-2.5kg and serve 6-8 – final item priced by weight.
