The meat falls away from the bone easily great baked whole or pan fried fillets.

Whole fish weigh in at between 300g – 1.5kilos and price is subject to market price and fish sizes available

Typically this size fish will serve one person a generous meal price estimate is based on a 500g fish

Whole Dover Sole

Classic high end restaurant fish with firm, full flavoured meat. Normally skinned on the darker side of the fish.

The meat falls away from the bone easily great baked whole or pan fried or grilled fillets.

Whole fish weigh in at anywhere between 300g-1.2kilos so please ask in advance if you have specific requirements.

A smaller size is good for 1 fish per person on a plate and the larger are good filleted or served as a centre piece for a crowd.

The price per kilo is subject to market price each week but as a guide we are anywhere around £26 – £38 per kilo

 

A common price is £29 per kilo – the fish will always be priced on the bone and then prepped to your request.
