The perfect joint for roasting, with its great marbling and extreme tenderness which is enhanced after being hung and matured for 28 days. This joint is expertly prepared by our butchers, comes oven ready boned and rolled, and is straight forward to carve.
Sirloin is great served as the centrepiece to a roast and sliced cold for sandwiches and buffets.
