Hung and matured for 28 days, our tender Rib of Beef is the prime roasting joint for traditional carveries. The rich natural marbling and generous layer of fat keeps the joint extremely moist and gives it a distinct mouth watering flavour. This joint comes on the bone and is the perfect centrepiece for any dining room table.
