Description
Halibut
A flat fish with brown upside and white underside.
It has dense firm flesh with a flavour which is best described as clean.
Choose:
Steak Cut with bone in and is generally grilled while fresh
or
Halibut fillet (Boneless) – Fry, Bake or grill!
Doesn’t require a great deal of seasoning and is renowned for being extremely low in fat.
Please note: Through bone cuts rely on the correct size fish – we may supply halibut fillet in the event that the fish received isn’t suitable for a through bone cut.
