Gilt Head Bream
Available as a whole fish, the weight range of the gilt head bream is approximately 600-800g
Can be prepared whole, cleaned, gilled and scaled with the head on or boneless fillets ready to cook.
We have reached our pre-order date for Christmas orders! You can still order for collections and deliveries up to 20th December by emailing paul@fishgloriousfish.co.uk. We may be able to take further Christmas orders until 18th December depending on our availability.
Website ordering will re-open 6th January, the Shop will be closed from Midday 24th December and re-open on 7th January.
There will be a good selection of smoked salmon, prawns and other goodies in our fridge and freezers while the counter is closed.

A firm white fish with mild meat, versatile to many fish recipes as can be cooked many ways.
Popular on its own baked, fried or grilled.
One fillet will be approximately 160g which is enough for a meal for 1 person
