Hung and matured for 28 days, our tender Rib of Beef is the prime roasting joint for traditional carveries. The rich natural marbling and generous layer of fat keeps the joint extremely moist and gives it a distinct mouth watering flavour. The joint will come oven ready, boned and rolled and will be straight forward to carve at any dining room table.
