Free range Creedy Carver Duck

Creedy Carver is another family business that we are delighted to have been using to supply our customers. They have specialised in producing the finest Free Range Duck and Chicken for over 30 years with a reputation for great flavour and a high meat yield.
All of their ducks are fed on a low energy diet to promote a slow leisurely growth to produce a meat full of flavour with less fat on the carcase. They are plucked using a traditional dry plucking process with a hand finish resulting in a fine finish.
A great option for the Christmas dinner table if you are looking for something different to the traditional Turkey.
